CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment Cancellations Notice Period: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations. Method of Cancellation: Cancellations can be made via phone call, text message, or online up to 24 hours before. Our contact details are available on my website and appointment confirmation messages. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time and date. Late Cancellations and No-Shows Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. Exceptions I understand that emergencies happen. In cases of medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss your situation. I am committed to providing a compassionate response on a case-by-case basis. Repeated Cancellations Clients who frequently cancel or reschedule appointments may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit when booking future services.
